Last year Jeff Probst, Survivor host, received a Joy Bot in his Emmy Awards Swag Bag, he has been a Bot fan ever since, and recently sent me this fun photo of him with 3 of his favorites Bots! It looks like The Bots will given to celeb guests on The Jeff Probst Show Hugh Jackman, the singing Wolverine, was on last week, that can’t be bad..stay tuned for more….!
I am excited! Why? Cause one of my guilty pleasures is watching Survivor and last year at the Emmy Awards my Bots were part of the TAG GROUP celebrity swag bags given out at the ceremonies. That is where Survivor host Jeff Probst got a hold of his first Bot, he has been ordering them for friends and family ever since and was kind enough to send (and allow me to post) this photo of him with 3 of his favorite Bots! Holy crap, yet another ridiculously talented person is giving the Bots some love! Elizabeth McGovern rocks…literally she is in a band called Sadie and The Hotheads She has acted in some amazing movies like Ordinary People, Ragtime, and Kickass (sort of amazing). And grabbed a Bot at this years Emmy Awards where she was nominated for Outstanding Lead Actress in a Miniseries in PBS’s Downton Abbey. Elizabeth your choice of my little guys makes me jump up and down (but I won’t do that in front of you, cause you’ll think I’m weird so instead I’ll just be cool and say…”ummm thanks!”)
The gift bag organizers at The Emmys just sent me this photo of Jason Isaacs gathering joy from 9 Joy Bots.
Jason is best known for his performance as the villain Lucius Malfoy in the Harry Potter films. You can also see him in The Patriot and he plays Michael Caffee in Brotherhood. Thanks for the Love Jason!

My Bots were at the Emmys as part of the wonderful Artisan Group’s swag display and the amazingly talented Janina Gavankar picked them as the first pick in her “Best of Gifting Suite” on her blog

I am slightly freaking out because my Bots were chosen to be part of the special gift bags for the folks that attend the 2011 Emmy Awards ceremony Sunday night.
The Bots were accepted as part of a juried competition that chooses gifts, art, and other chotchkes for the T.V. celebs. Little did I know that the Emmys actually are a week long event and the celebs have already been grabbing up the gifts. The organizers report that the following celebs already have scoped up the gift bags and are walking the red carpet with their Bot: Jeff Probst, Wes Ramsey, Lorraine Bracco, Eric Stonestreet, Allen Cumming, Penny Marshall, Mayim Bialek, Niecy Nash, Beau Bridges, Kevin Eubanks, Aiden Quinn and more.
Also this just in from the organizers Tweeter feed “Tweet from the GBK folks about our exhibit: “The artists you selected for our GBK Emmys Lounge were top-quality, especially the domino collection! See you at our next event!”

Bots are programmed to you give you outrageous compliments, help you be brave, take all of the blame, even clone you so you could get more done. You can carry one around or display thousands on your wall. They are fun and joyful and we want to get as many out into the world as possible.
